Who We Are

Youth Empowerment and Pathway Project (YEPP) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing housing stability, wellness, and long-term self-sufficiency for youth, transitional-age youth, and adults experiencing homelessness, justice-system involvement, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders.

We believe that everyone deserves access to safe housing, compassionate care, and meaningful opportunities to build a better future. YEPP was founded to respond to the growing need for trauma-informed, housing-centered services that do more than meet immediate needs—they help people heal, grow, and thrive.

Mission

Youth Empowerment and Pathway Project (YEPP) exists to promote individual and family wellness through compassionate, trauma-informed, and strength-based support that fosters healing, resilience, and long-term stability.
We provide safe, stable housing and recovery-oriented services for youth, transitional-age youth, and adults impacted by homelessness, foster care involvement, substance use recovery, domestic violence, trafficking, and system involvement. Our work creates structured pathways to safety, accountability, wellness, and lasting self-sufficiency

 Vision

Youth Empowerment and PATHway Project (YEPP) envisions a future where youth and adults impacted by homelessness, foster care, recovery, or system involvement have access to safe housing, trauma-informed support, and opportunities for growth—building clear pathways to stability, wellness, and lasting independence.
